Parenting: The Challenge

Some TV for kids isn’t a bad thing, but it’s important to monitor what they are watching. Extensive watching of violent shows can create problems with their solving skills and cause them to act out aggressively. Do you best to let them watch shows, that educate and have music and dancing.  If you can record particular shows so that they only watch what you have recorded for them, not allowing them to surf and find something that may be harmful for them to view. Or another alternative is to try turning the TV off and involving them in another activity.
