Parenting: The Challenge

On the radio, traveling to a friends house, there was one of those parenting tips. I thought it was interesting and a simple thing you can do with your young children. Just talking to them while driving, walking or playing about the names of things can increase their vocabulary. It can help them when learning to read because they will have a larger context of knowledge to relate to. So, along with reading to your children having interesting conversations can help as well.
