Parenting: The Challenge

This is a great organization that caters to fathers. America is moving out of the old-fashioned view of the role of the father, having been seen as only providing financial support and discipline. They were not expected to take an active role in their partner’s pregnancy other than doing things they couldn’t like carrying heavy items or changing the kitty litter. This organization gathers fathers and their children together to eat and play. It seems that many fathers feel they lack in some skills, but it’s only because they are not exposed the nurturing activities as boys like girls are. FACT certainly helps with that being their for answering any questions and providing a place for fathers and kids to be and play.
